Godwin Cheung

Dr. Cheung is a dual-degree trained Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He received his dental degree (DMD) at the University of British Columbia, where he was awarded the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia’s Gold Medal for graduating at the top of his class. He subsequently furthered his training by completing his medical degree (MD) and residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at McGill University and served as chief resident in his final year.

Dr. Cheung is trained to perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery, including orthognathic surgery, management of complex facial trauma, jaw and facial reconstruction, cleft and craniofacial surgery, complex bone grafting procedures from the hip and skull, head and neck pathology, management of temporomandibular joint disorders, complex dental implant treatment, wisdom tooth extractions and dentoalveolar procedures, as well as the provision of sedation and anesthesia.
